Online Communication Style Questionnaire

Our online self-perception based communication style questionnaire consists of 25 questions and requires about 3 minutes to complete. This questionnaire returns to the candidate and administrator in real-time what the questionnaire taker's primary and secondary communication styles are, explains the taker's preferred communication orientation, and includes a measure of the individual's versatility in dealing with people of different communication styles. The results of these questionnaires are analyzed within the website according to the client's specifications so that it is possible to tell at a glance the exact makeup of a particular company, team, or other group.

In-depth Communication Style Profile

For those individuals whom you would like to have even more detailed information on, we have an in-depth profile that goes beyond the accurate, but cursory, analysis that is provided by our 25 question questionnaire. This self-perception based depth assessment, which requires about 30 minutes to complete, builds on the analysis obtained in the initial communication style questionnaire. In this depth assessment, the candidate's management, leadership, and problem solving preferences and tendencies are also examined. This provides a much more thorough representation of the individual's natural communication style.

In-depth communication style profiles are used primarily on those individuals found in our advisory group (see below) and who have positions within their organizations where they are the primary contact person for a number of others who do not yet warrant such an investment of time or capital.

Advisory Group

Because no one individual can be the best in every area, we have established an Advisory Group. This group has been formed to help facilitate the cross-selling of business services among experienced professionals in areas where this has historically been neglected. Group members' skills and expertise in their respective areas of practice are already well established. Membership in the advisory group is contingent upon completion of the In-Depth Communication Style Profile and requisite business referrals.
